About Dashboard

The nativeMsg Dashboard provides a high-level overview of activity across your account. The dashboard contains various panels and charts updated continuously to give you access to the different data points covered in this section.


On the dashboard, you can view the following panels:


General panel


The General panel includes an overview of different data points - humans, conversations, and messages. This data is across all Bots & activity for your entire account.


Bots panel

In the Bots panel, information about the Bots configured in your account is displayed.



Each Bot displays the message activity, # of humans who have interacted in the Bot, and the channels currently connected to the Bot. More detailed information on any Bot can be accessed by hovering over the Bot and clicking the View More option for the specific Bot.


The View More button will take you to the Bots page to view all of the Bots configured in NativeMsg.



The Trends panel gives you a glimpse into the real-time activity of New humans and Conversations for a defined period.



You can view the trends daily, monthly, or by year. These different options will provide a detailed overview of the activity for that period. 


While viewing the Trends panel, you can click the legends to view and hide the information from the chart. For example, clicking New humans hides the New human activity. You can also click the Last Day, Last Month, and Last Year options to view the details for those different time frames. For example, clicking the Last Day option will display the trends of humans and conversations on the previous day.


Recent Activity panel

The Recent Activity panel displays the statistics of different data points indicating recent activities in nativeMsg. The statistics include percentages and actual values.


You can view the recent activities for the last day, last month, and last year.


The recent activities include:

  • Avg Daily Active Users: The average number of users active in nativeMsg.
  • Avg New Humans: The average number of humans or users who contacted agents of bots in nativeMsg.
  • New Humans: The new humans or users who contacted agents of bots in nativeMsg. 
  • Messages Total: The total number of messages communicated in nativeMsg.
  • Messages Received: The total number of messages received in nativeMsg.
  • Messages Sent: The total number of messages sent from nativeMsg.


Channels panel

The Channels panel displays the trends of new human & conversation activity across the different channels configured in NativeMsg.



In this panel, you can hover over any channel to view the actual activity for that channel. For example, hovering the mouse pointer over the Web Chat pink bar displays the number of new humans who contacted the agent or bot in nativeMsg through the Web Chat channel. Similarly, hovering the mouse pointer on the blue bar of the Web Chat channel displays the total number of conversations that happened in nativeMsg through the Web Chat channel.


Latest Conversations panel

The Latest Conversations panel displays the last 3 conversations that occurred across the various channels connected to nativeMsg.



Along with the human name (when available), the Latest Conversations panel also displays the channel used,  Bot name, and the date/time of that conversation.


To view more details of the conversation, you can click on the specific human to see the full conversation history. You can also click the View More button to navigate to the Conversations page and view all conversations.


Latest Humans panel

The Latest Humans panel displays the last 4 humans who were active in any of the channels currently being used in your account.



This panel displays the name (when available) of the active humans in any of the channels currently being used in your account. Along with the human name, the panel also displays the channel used and the date when the human was active.


You can click the human name to view the details of that human. You can also click the View More button to navigate to the Humans page and view the details of all humans in your account.


Schedule Message panel

The Schedule Message panel displays the blasts scheduled to be sent to a group of opt-in users.



This panel displays the name of the Bot used for the blast, the number of users to whom the blast will be sent, the channel used for sending the blast, and the scheduled date and time.


To view the details of that blast, you can click the Blast name. You can also click the View More button to open the Blasts page and view the sent and scheduled blasts details.


The Popular Bots panel displays the Bots with the most active users across different channels.



This panel displays the name of the Popular Bots, the number of conversations for each Bot, and the channels used for conversations.


You can click the Bot name to view the details of that Bot. You can also click the View More button to navigate to the Bots page and view the details of other Bots.
